This is a video from my local Fox news. They broadcast this story last night. It details a large spike in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases in young women specifically. They mention an organic, gluten free diet for women, who's families are susceptible to autoimmune diseases. Worth the couple of minutes watch if you have the time.
