Much better, I hope.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Hi Tex!!! kinda missed u guys...
Im feeling ok!!! thanks for asking and thinking of me....had a few bad gut days...hardly been eating anything to set me off really...I going to try omitting df from my diet. Also only drink herbal and decaf tea and coffee..I need to look at some foods that i can eat other than i have been eating...Although i wont omit some of the foods...well the ones that dont give me a reaction that is...Ive got back into keeping a food diary...

Today i ate gf beans and i had a bad reaction....yes i know u guys said dont eat beans...but i guess this was another experiment to see if i definately did react to them before...and yes i guess its the beans and the tomato sauce...

I think im going to try and put myself on a menu for the week and try to plan sensible meals...
this is gonna be hard i tell ya!!!

would appreciate ideas from everyone...for a menu... :chef:

Angy,

Here are some meal ideas from past threads:

It's not easy to get started, but it gets easier every week, and it's worth it to feel good. Remember that most of us who posted in those threads are in remission, so we can eat some things that may not work for someone still healing, also some of us don't have as many intolerances as others.
