http://www.celiac.com/st_main.html?p_ca ... 5302945.42

Or know anyone that does? How usefull is it beyond the lists out there that you can get for free?

Thanks,
Mike

Mike
Those lists always seem like a lot of very confusing work and interpretation to me. Call me lazy or call me crazy i have opted out the easy way for me and just eat foods that I don't ever have to question. It took me a year to figure it out but here i am. I call it eating as close to the vine as possible. Eating fresh fruit , vegetables, nuts, eggs, and unadulterded meat .......... that I cook very simply and savoring every bite of what I can eat is good enough for me. I f you don’t eat mystery food their are not to many mysteries.

I know this is not for everyone but when I am really pretty lazy and have so many more interests than how what, when and where to eat I guess I have just taken the path of least resistance.

I don't really read the list anymore but i hope this might give you some “Food for thought”

To your continued recovery

I saw that these were available, and frankly it bothers me that some individual is charging $19.95 (or whatever!) for the info. I think it should be accessible to everyone without paying a fee. I *did* purchase the "CSA guide to commercial products" a few years back, but it was a spiral- bound book - and the price was very reasonable - it seemed to only cover the printing and mailing costs...I'm not sure how extensive the content is.....

Nope!!

Will not pay for what should be free to us. I'm with Mary on this one. We exchange enough info that we probably cover 90% of their list.

There is a really good compliation on the Delphi Celiac support message board site (there was a link on the old site...we need to make sure that is here too.. http://forums.delphiforums.com/celiac/ ) of products that are gf and it includes the date on which it was last verified, and how (email, phone, letter, etc). The products are sorted by category such as beverages, condiments, snacks, etc.

I use that when in question.
