1- 12oz. bag fresh cranberries/wash & put in food processor with a little water and chop. Then drain.
1-6 oz. raspberry jello
2 c hot water/ 1 c cold water
1 c sugar
1 c diced celery
1 c cored, chopped apple
1 small can mandarine oranges, slightly chopped
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 small can crushed pineapple/ drained
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add the sugar/ stir until dissolved
Add the cold water
Then put jello in a 9x13 pan.
Chill this until it is partially set.
When it is partially set, take it out of the refrigerator and add the:
celery, apple, mandarine oranges, crushed pineapple and nuts.
Spread evenly thru the jello.
Put back into the refrigerator until it is fully set up.
Cut into squares.

Hi Dee,
Is Jello gluten-free? I can't remember why I quite eating it? Hahaha! It sure would help my Thanksgiving dinner plans out a whole bunch if it's free of all the stuff my sis and I can't have as well.
You are such a great help! Thank you so much.
Yours, Luce

Hi There Lucy!
Yes, Jello is gluten free.
It is made by Kraft and they are one company that will clearly list gluten if it is in one of their products.

Luce,

I've heard of some people avoiding it because gelatin is made of collagen, but I don't see why that would be a problem, because collagen is an essential part of the body. I've never had a problem with it.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
