I think you should contact the Food Network and start your own GF cooking show! Don't you all agree that it would be great to see her make all these things???? Especially those of us who understand better when we see a visual!

If that deal falls through, we could make a series of videos, ourselves, and put them on YouTube, or better yet, we could create a new website, just for that purpose, (dedicated to gourmet cooking, for folks with multiple intolerances), and we could link to it from this site. I'd be more than happy to create the new domain, and do the videography, etc.

Ya know, Katy, that's not a bad idea - sort of like having a GF interpreter on hand, to instantly translate the recipe for those of us who are allergen-challenged. That's probably a million dollar idea, if you could get the right people to accept it and work it into their productions.
