Hi All,
Hmmmmmmmm. It appears that China is not the only country with melamine in it's infant formula. When the problem was found in China's products, the FDA announced that there was no level that could be safely tolerated. Now, of course, after the Associated Press used the Freedom of Information Act to obtain copies of reports that show that it has also been found in some U. S. infant formulas, their opinion is that "small amounts" are "nothing to be concerned about".
As the "Church Lady" character, from earlier Saturday Night Live shows would say, "Isn't that precious!". Has anyone ever doubted that the FDA is an industry-advocate, rather than the consumer-advocate that they pretend to be?

Well Whatta Ya Know - It's Not Just China
It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
