breakfast (5am): half banana

snack: rice cereal

no lunch today - but late afternoon snack of potato chips (lays)

dinner (7pm): plain hamburger, plain fries, cauliflower.

OVERALL SYMPTOMS TODAY
feeling a little sad today but I just got news of the bombings..
stomach pain is present and not good. hurts to cough or sneeze or clear my throat.

breakfast (5am): applesauce

snacks: rice cereal

BM (1pm): small amount of diarrhea - painful - honestly there was more but I just couldn't get it out. It hurts to push.

lunch (2:30pm): salad - lettuce, tomato, onions, mushrooms, turkey, and french dressing. Pea Soup (fantastic brand - GF, CF, MF, SF, EF!!!)

BM (4:15pm): med amount diarrhea. I am NOT well. bloating, gassy, painful stomach, and hurts to push at ALL.

BM (4:30pm): large amount diarrhea.

dinner (6:30pm): grilled chicken breast, salted potato.

OVERALL SYMPTOMS TODAY
stiff/crampy feeling in stomach, slight back pain, but that's all...

lunch (1pm): taco salad - lettuce, chili, salsa, tomato, olives, and corn chips.

dinner (6:30pm): shrimp and rice, with honey terriaki sauce (safe), and peas.

OVERALL SYMPTOMS TODAY
bloating is somewhat better
stomach and back pain somewhat better too..

breakfast (8am): rice cereal

lunch (1pm): Wisonsin hamburger - beef, pork sausage, and onions. a pickle.

dinner (6pm): leftover shrimp and rice with honey terriaki sauce.

OVERALL SYMPTOMS TODAY

Felt pretty good!!!! We went to the boat and spent the day swimming and sunning on the river. I ate very little and as a result, seemed to have very few symptoms. Got a helluva sunburn tho.

lunch (12:30pm): Health Valley Pea Soup

BM (2:30pm): small amount diarrhea

dinner (7pm): plain ground beef, cooked, corn (yes, I'm trying it again), plain organic fries.

OVERALL SYMPTOMS TODAY
feeling alright - not horrible, not wonderful.. in between somewhere
was feeling pretty great this morning but before the BM, started getting a bit painful/crampy. Now, after BM, seems a bit better, small amount of back pain still.

breakfast (5am): rice cereal

snacks: rice cereal

lunch (2pm): Culver's salad - taco salad with meat, tomato salsa, corn, black beans, lettuce, onion, tomato, and avacado. Found later that this salad has wheat, gluten, and soy in it (no dairy as I excluded cheese and sour cream). BUMMER.

dinner (6pm): Walley fillet fried with potato flakes and sunflower oil, brocolli, baked beans.

OVERALL SYMPTOMS TODAY
VERY gassy
crampy with the gas
other than that, feeling fine

breakfast (5am): banana

snacks: rice cereal, peanut butter cookie.

BM (10:30am): altho stool is solid, it's mucousy

lunch (3pm): West Nile brand black bean soup (safe).

BM (6pm): med amount diarrhea/solid

dinner (6:30pm): various nuts, peanut butter cookie (safe), tylenol #3 (owwww)

OVERALL SYMPTOMS TODAY
ok - I must have screwed something up yesterday. It was either the brocolli, or the taco salad, as there was a supposed "white corn" shell on it, and I did try SOME, not a lot.
stomach and back pain this morning, gassy
BMs are mucousy.
On Culver's website, found that the taco salad has soy, and gluten in it. This is a bummer.
This afternoon the pain kicked in big time and I could barely sit at my desk.. car ride sucked.. it's like I've been without pain for awhile now so when the pain comes back, I'm not used to it anymore and it hurts more (I think). Anyway, when I got home, after the bathroom, things got twice as painful.. hence the tylenol 3..

feeling really cruddy. stomach hurts every time I eat and in general I have no need to eat. back pain is pretty bad too. Used my heating pad all day at work today.

spent the weekend painting and cleaning, so back is somewhat sore..
otherwise, stomach feels kinda funny - that cold, kinda painful feeling.
