Jensen Meat Co.

I'm trying to figure out if the Gibson Meat Co. "Beef sirloin and beef patties" I purchased are gluten free. There isn't any real ingredient list on the packaging and the company isn't returning my emails. I had a recent gluten reaction and this appears to be the only remaining culpret.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I changed the title to Jensen as Gibson is not the right name.

Why don't you try calling them at 405-355-3120? Sometimes it helps to have a warm body involved. LOL!

Are you impressed that I knew the number? HAHAHAHA. I googled Gibson Meat Co. and it came up - if it is a company in OK, that is.

Well crap! I just realized it was Jensen Meat Co. I don't know where I came up with Gibson. LOL

Yeah, that was the company I emailed. Still haven't heard back. At least one of the other companies I contacted finally mailed me back.
