Wednesday Funny :)

Post by jillian357 »

Hi everybody!

My Dad sent me this link in an email yesterday, and I think I have watched it 100 times, and I still laugh my pants off.

Warning: it's a bit naughty & juvenile. I think us "potty people" can relate to it. LOL

Enjoy your day!!

Gosh, I'm sorry.....my intent wasn't to offend at all, just to share a laugh.

I guess I'm juvenile in my sense of humor.

Forgive me!

Jill,

You would probably have to set a new world's record for grossness, in order to offend this bunch. By now, we should all have an elevated tolerance threshold for that sort of thing. After you've been through a few "accidents" where you wish you had a garden hose handy to hose yourself off, before even going into the house, there aren't many things that the Pillsbury Dough Boy could do to cause much of a stir. Heck, he didn't even have D in that video.

LOL, Tex.

Not offended in the least, Jill.

Thanks Guys!

Tex, I was hoping that it wouldn't be offensive, especially with this crowd and all the things we have to deal with on a daily basis it seems!
That being said, I never intended to come across as crass or insensitive.

I'm glad to know that wasn't the case!

Thanks to everyone for sharing in the silly juvenile laugh! I really wish I had my gastro's email address, I would love to send this to him!

Send Dave Barry's colonoscopy, too. That is the funniest thing ever. Jodi originally posted it and I wanted to email it to my list and found a longer version. I'll find it and post the link.

The service pack apparently set your screen resolution to the highest setting. You just need to reset your computer's video card display properties. I don't recall exactly how it's done with Vista, but with all previous versions of Windows, you can simply right-click on the desktop, and from the pop-up menu, select "Properties". In the next "window" that pops up, click on the "Settings" tab, and there you should see a way to adjust the "Screen resolution". Usually, you just have to drag a pointer to the setting you want, and click the "OK" button. You may have to play with it, (go through it more than once, that is), to get the setting you want. You can do all sorts of other adjustments in that window, and on the other tabs, if you are inclined to do so.

If that doesn't work with Vista, left-click on the start button, and select "Control Panel". From there select "Appearance and Themes", (or whatever the Vista version of that description might be), and in the next window, you should see a menu option that says something like "Change the screen resolution". If you click on that, you should get the same window for making adjustments that you would get by using the first method I described.

If you need help, more details, or whatever, just let me know.

This is driving me crazier. I hope we can fix it. I can barely see your message. I might just let DH do it so I don't get in trouble if I do something wrong. He was able to enlarge the icons on the desk top...........
