By that description, I assume you mean that you can see the button, but if you click on it, it doesn't open an e-mail window, addressed to you. Right?
That's probably a browser/cookie issue, (though with some types of cookie issues, you wouldn't be able to see the button at all). Did you try clearing the cookie cache and then closing your browser? That should correct the problem. If that didn't do the trick, what browser are you using - IE, Firefox, Opera, or . . .?

Using IE....I haven't tried your suggestion, yet. I did the IE update because of the warnings a day or two ago.
The other problem resolved when nothing would work so DH unplugged the darn thing and then it repaired itself!
