Polly,

I just saw a coupon for this in a booklet from my healthfood store (right above the one for Ben and Jerry's) for Rice Slices...A rice cheese substitute. Here is a link to the website...its the same company that makes veggie cheese (i.e. soy cheese) and while it is gluten and soy free, it only says lactose free, but maybe, just maybe its also casin free? Anyway, you can check it out if you want.

Hope it is okay, and tastes okay (although I personally can't imagine it...never could adjust to soy cheese either, which my Mom uses almost exclusively now).
