I'm still KICKING......just Congested!

Hi Everyone!

OMG! I wish my ears, nose and throat would start getting along just a weeeeeee better! LOL

Our weather here in Michigan has been sooooo crazy and for a week now have been fighting a virus that's just constantly picking on me! Arghhhhhhhhh!

I didn't want anyone to worry so before I once again find my pillow and blankey along with a cozy spot to rest I wanted to let all know that I'm still here and not in a cloud of depression which I know has been a huge concern to my friends here. NO DEPRESSION!!!! Just good ole' head and nose congestion that makes a person feel like a Zombie

Will try to post again later but right now my head feels like someone used my head for a football during a play off game. OUCH! Right now even my eyes hurt.

Have been using really warm compresses across the bridge of my nose to help sooth my nasal passages which helps some but only for a short time.

I think the worst about being sick is being all congested. Sometimes I get a bowl of steamy water, add a couple drops of lavender or tea tree oil and put a towel over my head and breathe the steam in. Hope you feel better soon,

Hi Jodibell,

If it makes you feel any better, everyone in Atlanta has the same thing. We are all on the dreaded antibiotics. It has rained nearly every day for 3 weeks. The weather in the day fluctuates from less than 40 to higher than 60.
