Warm Sesame Slaw

Warm Sesame Slaw

2 tablespoons oil
1 small red cabbage, shredded
salt
pepper
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Stir fry the cabbage for 5 minutes, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the vinegar, honey, sesame seeds and sesame oil.
Serve warm.
