What's up with everyone!
. . . was so hoping for snow yesterday, just flurries ;(

Happy to say I'm still doing great. I don't know what to say, but I'm extremely THANKFUL that so far, I have my old "normal" life back. All I know is I am a FIRM believer that this disease must be found out early. I feel it can be reversed if that's the case, and the trigger is eliminated, before the genes are turned on that will cause a life-long struggle. Fortunately more and more cases are being found, so our GI's are slowing catching on.

Any help here would also be appreciated! Certainly I have no intensions in getting another colonoscopy w/biopsies to confirm (what I think is remission). However, I do feel responsible to share my claims with a community/forum of G.I.'s so that they will know the brief window that may be needed to turn this around for others. Maybe I'm just dreaming, but thought I should try.

Stay warm,
:fonkycat:

Kat,

What great news for you! Your theory about a speedy diagnosis is very interesting and hopefully correct. My GI took months to rule out all other possiblities before he finally did a biopsy. Was valuable time lost? I'll never know.

I hope your remission continues and you are able to put this all behind you.

Gloria
