Beginning Stages Of My Cookbook

I am in the "very" early stages of getting things & people lined up to help me along with my cookbook.
At present I have 4 contacts. All of them are out of state.
Since I am one that has to have all of her ducks in a roll, I know that this will not happen overnight.
I already have the title, and who this cookbook will be dedicated to, etc....
I want this to be very self explanatory, not like alot of the GF cookbooks that I have reveiwed.
It will be catering to those that are GF/DF/SF and hope to add some Paleo recipes, too.
Keep those fingers crossed and be patient, because I have never taken on a task half arsed!!!!! LOL!

Your receipes are so varied and delicious sounding and once -those who are in need of a mapped out plan of eating---and seeing how easy it is to subsitute one thing for another--U will be a success---

Don't forget some idiot VP in charge of research at CCFA said MC wasn't an IBD until I got on her case!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally, it turned out to be a mistake.

Congratulations Dee on the first steps! I can tell you are a person that will think it out first, get all the ducks in a row, and then go on it like a banshee. I so look forward to having a copy and really do love your recipes. There is such a need for a book like this and having a copy will be so beneficial. Will also add another cookbook to my collection that is over 350. LOL
