Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

1 bag of Enjoy Life chocolate chips GF/DF/SF
1 tablespoon Spectrum shortening
1 package fresh, cleaned strawberries
Place chocolate chips and the shortening in a small, nonstick pan.
Melt on low heat.
Stir well.
Place a sheet of wax paper on a cookie sheet.
Dip strawberries into the chocolate mixture and place on the wax paper to set.
Place in your refrigerator.
