Hi everyone,

Down with the flu and pneumonia! Gave it to Larry so we have both been sick since Saturday. Oh MY - I haven't been this sick in forever!

Talk to everyone soon.

Love,
Mars

So sorry to hear that news. I hope you are both feeling better soon.
How terrible that you are both sick at the same time.

Wow Mars!

What a bummer! That won't do at all, if both of you are that sick. I sure hope it runs it's course, pretty soon. It sounds as if you've been sick for quite a spell, already.

Thinking of you both, and sending my best wishes.

Love,
Tex

Dear Mars,

I sure hope you get to feeling better soon. I know the bugs have been running rampant in parts of the country. I'm sure the stress you've been under hasn't helped the situation.

Hi Mars,

Hope you feel better soon and in the meantime, we can be "down for the count" buddies. I have been out of work for 3 days and just back today since I got slammed with whatever is going around. Still very weak and kind of out of it but came back here today. Sounds like you are way worse than me but bugs are really running rampant everywhere.

Take care and love, Maggie

Thanks everyone,

I'm on z-pac - best thing with colitis and works well for me. The doc says they are finding that it works pretty good on this bug. It mutates in many forms: cough, chills, flu symptoms, earache, headache, etc. Seems like we got them all!

I'm doing better with the flu symptoms and am stuck with the heavy chest and coughing. I haven't been this week in soooooo long - absolutely NO energy.

Larry isn't much better than he was. The flu bug symptoms seem to be gone but I'm worried about his chest congestion and cough. His hasn't loosened up much.

We've both been off all week. I'm actually excused by the doctor until the 26th when I go back to have the pneumonia checked out. I'll go back on Monday though since the office is a mess and getting worse. I actually put out fires while off. YUCK! I'm sure the stress lowered my immune system even more and allowed this nasty bug in!

Hope everyone stays well, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy...............weelllll, I might! LOL

Mars

Mars,

Please take care of your needs, and don't go back to work too soon. Pneumonia is nothing to be taken lightly, you know.

Yes, please remember that the work will either get done by someone else or wait for you. You are only human and you need to heal.
