Back to Hyperthyroid??

Post by Umber »

I don't know what is going on.....I am back to that yucky feeling of hyperthyroid. Clamy skin, my heart is racing, sweaty and unable to sleep.
The last few days I have cut my dose of thyroid meds in half. Today I didn't take any.

I have been getting help from another group that Mike recommended and ordered a book on adrenal fatigue. Maybe it hasn't been my thyroid all along

I have been dealing with this for over a year.....I am SO FRUSTRATED!

Thanks for letting me VENT!

Hugs!

Lori

 Wow, Lori

What an awful way to feel. I hope you find the answer soon. I wish I had a suggestion or two, but I know nothing about thyroid problems or adrenal problems either.

VENT all you want/need to, Lori, and know that we care.

Phooey!! And you were doing so well. I hate these mysterious ailments we are all prone to and we think and think and, once we think we have it nailed down, up pops something else or the same thing all over again. We must all be very strong people or we'd all be crazy by now. Or maybe we are.....

Lori, I am so sorry that you are feeling yukky again. Has not taking your thyroid medicine made any difference?

Sometimes I am tempted to throw all the meds in the toilet and just let nature take its course. And then, I am scared to do that.

I will call you today.

Love,

Sally

Hi Lori:

That's too bad that you're feeling rough again. I hope things get resolved soon. It can be so frustrating not to know what's causing it.

Lori,
please don't self-prescribe your thyroid hormones -- this is very dangerous!
Yours, Luce
