Will add to the list for me.

Veggies - tomatoes, eggplant, peppers (nightshade family) any raw veggies I can tolerate potatoes though.

Fruite - any raw and orange juice or canned juices which have sulfites

Meat - I am a vegan so no meat, fowl or fish

Dairy - Vegan so the same applies but do eat some cheese for protein

Eggs - becoming quite intolerant

I am GF

Seems that citric acid has also become a problem as well as yeast - still exploring the yeast.

Thanks for doing this compilation

List updated. I re-ordered some items and put the foods that had the most people up near the top of each category.

Any more updates? :)

Hi...I haven't posted because not much is giving me problems since I have been taking Entocort. I think I mentioned the other day that I ate fresh pineapple and it gave me slight gas. Before I started taking Entocort...all fresh veggies and fruit gave me problems. I have never had a problem with dairy or soy, even before Entocort. I have an appointment with my GI Doc next week, so I'll see what he says about staying on Entocort.
