I can hear thunder in the distance....meaning we will probably get a little of the storm. We really need the rain here badly...but it makes the dirt roads like a skating rink. Mike has decided that Oma is right about the TV thing. So we are going to go get a TV Saturday. I just boiled some water and put it in a metal bowl with 1 drop of lavender and 1 drop eucaluptis oil, bent over the bowl with a towel over my head. Seemed to help my sinus headache somewhat. Of course the Idea was to get things draining...I will do it again before I go to bed. Hope you are all well. Love Oma

Hi Oma,

We had some thunderstorms meander through here this afternoon, but they didn't amount to much. We're very dry here too, but it's too late to help the crops. In fact, we would be better off if the rains would stay away for about a month now, to allow time to get the mediocre crops harvested.

I hope the vapor treatment helps your sinuses.

I hope the vapor treatment works also. I remember Mom doing this stuff to us kids and we always felt better. The thunder seems to have quieted down...who knows it may start up again. I agree...it's too late to do much for the crops....the guy leasing my feilds is probably wondering. Love Oma
