Jobs

Post by kate_ce1995 »

WHoo Hoo! geoff came home from fishing last night to tell me he was offered a job. They said he could start today or Monday. He picked Monday! They did say they were thinking long term for when they open their new building, so it sounds like a good deal. He didn't even ask what he'd be making! He just wants to be employed. And he knows everyone there and will work well with the gang.

Not bad for a guy who got laid off on Wednesday! (or at least found out then).

Of course this means my towel racks, wood shed, bathroom renovation, and painting his daughter's rooms will be perpetually on hold as they have been! The Honey Do list was really getting up there.

That's great news. It just goes to show how beneficial fishing can be.

Tex, you're funny - fishing indeed!

Katy,
That's great about Geoff's new job! WOW, fast too.

Bummer about the Honey do list though - Mine keeps growing too!

Great news on the homefront that Geoff is again employed. Not even enough time off to do the Honey Do list. Good for him.

Things will get done eventually.

Rejoice in life for now and not having a loss of an income.
