Hi Hotrod,

Yes, for some of us, it can take a long time to figure out all the food intolerances/irritants. You probably read about my recent discovery of a possible carrageenan intolerance. Each time I discover another one, I hope it's the last, but alas, it isn't. I have been faithfully keeping a food diary for 2 1/2 years, and I'm still perplexed. It's not simple when you're a multiply intolerant person.

I agree that we can't figure this out when we have D every day. I hope you can convince your GI that you need more time on Entocort in order to get your D under control. I was nervous that my GI would insist on another colonoscopy, but he didn't. Good luck with yours!

Hi Hotrod,
Sounds like an excellent plan to me. Hope you can get it under control enough to be able to have a little better quality of life. I know how miserable it can be.
Yours, Luce
