Wild Turkey Roost@##&^%

Post by annie oakley »

We are sooooo excited here, Hubby and Daughter went walking around the land so she could see what was here and they scared off their roost wild Turkeys. They have been scarce in the past here, but now they are starting to be pleantiful and roosting on our land, And they are laying eggs, BIL has seen some. I know some folks would wonder what in the world is wrong with Oma that she gets excited over Wild Turkeys. But we are so partial to our wildlife, and mankind has so upset the the system where critters are concerned.

 I understand totally, Oma.
When I first moved to Pa. from Ga. there were no wild turkeys here either. Now they are quite plentiful and we often have them in our yard. Sometimes we get to see a Hen and her chicks walking around. Spring is great will all the new "babies". I like your wildlife stories.
