No I had not seen those postings, thanks for drawing attention to them. I will try and get a note from my doc so I can get seats near the loo (great idea).
best wishes, Ant

Hi all,
Been away for awhile. I am now sleeping better because of the bioidentical hormones and melatonin. Melatonin helps. If you want to try it, try the slow release and start with 1 mg a night, if that doesn't help try 2mg. I am small so my dr said only up to 6mg. I only use 2/night and not all nights. Before hormones and melatonin I was lucky to get 4 or 5 hours and not all at once. I think it was a hormonal issue, but I guess I really can't say for sure because I suppose I was premenopausal when MC started. I clicked "about 7" but sometimes I get more sometimes less.

I'm with Gloria - up at least 3 times and that definitely disrupts sleep. I don't sleep very soundly since back pain is always an issue with my AS - so moving means trying to get comfortable again. I'd have to go with about 7 hours of light - med sleep.
