Hi,

Fennel tea sometimes helps me. Also rubbing caster oil on my tummy and a heating pad helps. I hope you feel better soon.

If the pain is lower right quadrant pain you better go seek medical help. Appendicitis will make you nauseated and have pain usually in the lower right quadrant.

Tami,

I would say that it could be diverticulitis, but you're pretty young for that to be a problem. Those are also symptoms of constipation. You're not constipated, are you?

According to the CDC swine flu map, swine flu is widespread in your area right now. Maybe you've caught it. Do you have any fever? You're young enough that you wouldn't have any resistance to it, so you could have pretty serious symptoms. You may need to see your doctor about it, whatever it is.
