Pesto

Post by Sally »

From the Pesto Queen, Sally

One large bunch of fresh basil
5 or 6 large cloves of garlic
A handful of pine nuts

Put this in a food processor and grind it up.

Add enough olive oil to make a runny sauce.

Take this mixture and put in in a large bowl.

Add Kosher salt to taste.

Put in small containers and freeze most of it.

Use on GF pasta, in sauces, in soups, or spread on GF crackers.

Buon appetito!!!!!!
