Had a Fun Family birthday barbecue

Post by Momster »

Hi All:

Well, Peg, John and I weren't in the best of health, but we managed to go to the family barbecue where Peg's Sister and Family were camping and we had fun celebrating my husband, John and my granddaughter, Sara's birthdays. John's was yesterday and Sara's 15th birthday today. My, how time flies.
Anyway, we had a good day with lots of good food and fun watching the kids and John and I got home early because it was pretty cool by the mountains and the lake.

I'm into my sweats and off to have a hot lemon drink.

Have a nice rest of the weekend everyone.

Love - Momster

Momster.

Glad you made it to the family BBQ-- sounds like you had a great time. Our family is so far away from us- I'm homesick alot.

Family, is so important. Even though we live thousands of miles from each other we try to make plans each year to be together. Still, I miss them SO much.

Love,
Joanna

Here is the picture of Sara and I on July 15th,1990

I decided to put the picture of Sara and I on the day she was born and the first time I held her.

Had a good rest last night, but the cold is a bit worse for the chill I got yesterday at the lake. Well, will take it easy today and it's a beautiful, sunny day, so I'll sit out on the balcony and soak up some sun.

Have a nice Sunday, everyone.

Love - Momster

I love that picture! And, yes, I was able to open both of them after you sent them the second time. Sara is a beautiful young woman. I think it runs in the family!! :butterfly:

Sorry the three of you weren't feeling well for the BBQ. I am glad you had a nice time in spite of it.

Hope your back on your feet soon....I love this photo of you and Sara! You can see complete JOY all over your face. Nothing like holding that baby for the very first time. Getting teary just thinking about it.

Hugs

Hello Momster, I am glad that you had a great day with the family. I wanted to make sure to tell you about some problems that I am having to do with my email. I have not been able to access my outlook mailbox on my laptop, and my internet is not working on my desk PC, therefore I cannot get my email for sympatico. I have been using my hotmail accounts instead. I did try and send a few people some photo's of the girls and Nova, but others said nothing showed up. Don't know what I did wrong. Anyway, I am hoping to get it all fixed right this week.

Its been very hot here, high humidity, and it has been effecting my fibro to the point where I have been out of it the last week. Last night we starting getting rain, but the temperatures were still high, so what its created is a steam bath outside. I have been staying in, trying to avoid it. Tomorrow I go in early for my injection into my spine, hoping that will help me be able to walk more.
