What something I can take daily to keep my bloating down It seems like everytime I eat something I get bloated later. Is there any food I can take. I have bloating tabs at home. I'm just trying to see if there anything elses out there.

Hi Tami,
Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any food that can be eaten, to reduce or eliminate bloating, (I assume you've tried the OTC remedies such as Beano, Gas-X, etc.). The bloating is obviously due to an allergic/intolerance reaction to something in the food that you're eating. There are foods that you can avoid eating, however,to prevent bloating, such as wheat, rye, barley, dairy, soy, etc., and any food ingredients made from them.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Oh it's me again...singing that old song. But if you can eat dairy, probiotic yogurt has been a life safer for me. I know it works just the opposite for some folks, gives them D, but for me it took care of rumblings, bloating, gas and the Big D.
I do seem to be the odd man, er woman, out in regard to intolerances. Unless I have a flare up I can eat anything I want. Sure like any "normal" person if I over do it on fruit or too much ruffage, I might get a bit of D, but nothing out of the ordinary.
