We used to eat food cooked by ourselves and even though I am not a great chef, I have been doing my best... But from now one I have to do an extra effort

as I want to eat as natural as possible and avoid all kind of "strange or unknown" processed food.
I am happy to know the reason of all my problems in the past and my husband and me are starting to walk on the right path to health.
Of course it is not going to be easy, as (you know) there are always things I was used to (ice-creams, biscuits with chocolate, cheese...

) but as I said, it is
so important to know the reason of being ill...
I am not really sure if gluten and diary are the only sensitivities to food, as I did not check anything else with the Lab. but I hope to know once I started checking up my reactions to differents foods.
Bread is more difficult as I was very used to gluten bread and liked it so much. The taste of GF bread is
so different!
