Shopping for the TV

Post by annie oakley »

Ok I have once again a TV. It is an RCA with a built in DVD player which we haven't ever used. I have a DVD player on my puter I have never used. We got it at walmart and while we were there bought groceries. I bought 1 lb of seet red cherries. I ate 1/2 of them before I got home. We looked for re-chargable batteries for hubby's deer feeders and a battery charger,,,lots of luck. Looked everywhere. But we are home again and relaxing. Drinkinf tea...ate toooo many cherrie's. Hi Oma,

Sounds like you had an enjoyable afternoon and a successful shopping event as well. Seems that a TV is a necessity, doesn't it?

I am cooking dinner after a long tiresome day at work - to top it off, our employee's car was broken into during the business hours and the thieves got away with his briefcase. He was parked right in front of the store - those thieves have to have had a lot of guts to break into it in full view on a Saturday afternoon. I don't get it!!

Love,

Oma, I love cherries but they KILL me and I always get D! It doesn't stop me tho.....You don't have a problem with them?

Glad you found a TV, yes they have become a part of the family! Luckily we don't watch too much of it in the summer...would rather be outside!

Hugs

Oma,

His car was parked in front of the Antique Mall. We've only been there for approx 3 months now. This is the second case of theft from the parking lot - first thing we lost was a small trailer that we had parked there. It was chained down and pad locked but they just cut the chains and took the trailer. Now we know not to leave anything there overnight. It's a pest. Friday night the BP nearby was robbed at gun point. It is not really a BAD neighborhood but just a very mixed lot with some questionable surroundings like in most business districts - it is a very busy main road we are located on.

Hope you are enjoying the RCA.

Love,
Karen
