Hi Christine,

I'm glad to see you're feeling better. I don't know if this will help you, but I find that when I'm on the backside of a reaction, and still getting tummy pains after every meal, a 600mg betaine hydrochloride tablet taken with a meal, definitely reduces the burning sensation/indigestion, or whatever it is, that shows up after I eat. Apparently I don't produce enough hydrachloric acid, due to the reaction that is still winding down. The effect is especially noticeable, if I eat meat. After I return to normal, I don't need the B H tablets, so I stop taking them.

Wayne,

Hmmmmm maybe I'll try that! I find it so difficult to believe there is someone out there who knows exactly how I feel.. but I think you do! You describe that pain to a T.. that burning makes me wanna throw up, but then I can't.. oh it sucks!! It's not nearly as bad today..

Wauw Christine... I hope you are feeling much better today. I am so sorry for you.

We don´t completely know what we eat when at home, so when we are out... It is really difficult.

Let it go :flush: and never come back...

Love,
Tessa.

I am also glad it is starting to work its way out of your system and that it is starting to get better. I have had some pretty wicked times in the past where I thought I would die the pain was so bad, but I didn't and got to live for another day.

Hugs
