New results re:acciden on Sun

I stopped by My insurance agents office to change my life insurance and to check and see if the guy I backed into had filed a claim....boy has he. She said this guy and this girl walked in and said they wanted to file a claim on an accident Sun..Bla Bla Bla....yes she says I am familar with that accident. He goes thru all the questions and statements and then proceed to tell my agent that he has back problems from all this :BSFlag:

since he wasn't even in the car when I backed up. He wa standing along side his car...I saw that when I got in the truck...I just couldn't judge the distance correctly since I had this bail of hay on the back...anyway the agent said he walked out with a limp he didn't have when he walked in. She doesn't lelieve him. I was so mad to think this idiot thinks we are so stupid. Not to mention when I backed up I was doing maybe 1mph if that even if he was in the car which he wasn't. I guess there's no excuse for a downright thief..because that's what he is. We will see...when the adjuster calls me he will get the real story. Love Oma

It's hard to believe that some people will do anything..... I do believe that is called insurance fraud!!!! He'll get his just dues.

I talked to the lady at the store and she said she would talk to the insurance people if needed because she knows this guy is a shyster. Love Oma
