REPLY to me from FOOT doctor!!!

Post by barbaranoela »

yup---when I say I have been covered from top of head to bottom of feet--I lie not
Today I went to have the toe nail checked again--
He saw the tops of my feet(psoriasis) and the only reason WHY-is because I had these HUGH bandages on both feet--and he said---*let me see how bad this it*---so he did the ummm thing and then he asked *is your derma also in the arthritis field?* NO--I said and then he suggested that I change doctors cus there could be arthritis condition---???? And that didnt sound *weird* to me cus waaaaaaay back I had to have my thrumb-nail removed due to a bad case of psoriasis which constantly caused me infections under the nail bed~~~

Soooooooo---I called my Dr. Kozin---cus he always directs me to the right people---tis 8pm so either he didnt get my message or he is still tied up---

Yes------I have had a few parts of my body removed and reshaped-- at least I can laugh at this----

sleep tight--dont let the bed bugs bite~~~

Barbara,
You are a trooper!

I hope they get you to the right place very soon so you can get some relief. The doctor situation anymore is like being a mouse in a maize.

Take care. :flowersmiley:

Barbara,

Yep, psoriasis is an autoimmune disease. There's such a thing as psoriatic arthtitis. Have you tried treating it with Dovonex, (generic name - calcipotriene), cream or ointment?

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Well I found out that the last OINTMENT was VIT. D----and that worsened it--

Tex--yup *I* know that it is an autoimmune ailment---appears no-one else does--

and by the way---my dearest GP KOZIN called me at 9PM----asked *do I have pain* in the area---*NO*---same thing the foot DR. asked-----so Kozen said I DO NOT NEED to see an arthritic doctor!!! and he took a good guess at what the DERMA> prescribed for me---amazing guy---by the way there is a big write up on Kozin in last weeks paper--forgot what Kozin specializes in!!!!

So I went back to another ointment that I bought--took the itching away---sooooooooo on Monday we shall HEAR what the WELLNESS DR. has to add--
