Another Variation of the Logo

Post by tex »

This variation was suggested by Kathy, and I added a little color to satisfy the color cravings of certain individuals. LOL.

This is sort of a "Thinking Potty Person".

What colors do you think are appropriate? There are zillions of possibilities. There's no way we will find a combination that everyone is totally thrilled about. Probably the best we can hope for is to find something that we can all "tolerate". LOL.

Love,
Tex

Are you telling me that the potty logo is at the top? I don't have one - mine still shows phpbb????? Of course, I still can't get the emoticons to move either. Bummer

Looks great to me Tex. Green is my favourite colour, but I'll go with the majority. Should we run a poll on colours?

Ok, here's a version that sorta matches the color motif used by the board.

Tex

P S Mars, If you can't see these different logo changes after you hit "refresh" on your browser, something is definitely wrong. You should be seeing a "Potty People" logo. Your browser is using old stored files, and not refreshing properly.

I REALLY like the logo! The colors match the board nicely and it's funky, yet classy like all of us.

Good job!

It is a natural pose on the throne because what else can one do other than read a periodical or ponder right? Did Jean do this one also? Whoever did submit (TEX) you did a fabulous job.

Bad am I- I now saw Kathy as the suggestee. A job well done!

Hugs to you

Hi MJ,

I see you are having a problem sizing your avatar. The first one, while beautiful, was a bit "extravagant". LOL.

Avatars should physically not exceed more than about one and a half inches high and/or wide, certainly no more two inches in either dimension.

I usually set the maximum dimension of the longest side, at one and a half inches.

Jean came up with the original idea for the logo, Katy modified it into a "Thinking Potty Person" pose, and I added the caption and color scheme.

Hugs,
Tex

Just emailed you and I took it into photoshop and am working on this and wanted to let you know that if it is still too large I would have you do the resize. I am very sorry to mess up your site that way as it surely was not my intent.
