Everyone should be happy to know that I am waiting to meet my new grand kitty, who is 5 months old and will be a little brother (like they even look alike) to Nova my daughter and her girlfriends English bulldog. What kind of kitty you ask? Oh, I am so excited, it is a little persion flat faced kitty!!! She has a little black on her but it mostly white, something that doesn't happen often. Anyways, they are supposed to be coming over her for me to meet him. I will have to take pictures and send them out. Nova is pretty curious about him, and isn't sure what the heck it is either, but I am sure they will become friends. As Nova is, and may be pretty gruff looking, but you wouldn't think so if you had witnessed what I did yesterday in the park. We took, Bethy and myself, Nova and Pebbles to the park around the corner from their place. Pebbles loves it because she is so social. Anyway, there was the group of women that I had met the last time I was out, one woman has 3 little shih tzus, and the their are 3 other little dogs all around the same size, and Pebbles was just so happy to see them all her size. They all ran over to us, and it scared Nova, who is about at least 3 times their size, and she took off, with them all chasing her. Little foo foo dogs chasing big gruffy looking Nova. It was so funny, . So it should be interesting to see how this new relationship builds.
The other thing is that I am slowly recovering from my moving day, or should I say moving things around day. I lifted allot. But Bethy helped and did the big stuff. They will get the final things this weekend, and it will one less bill for me to pay. The thing is that in the morning I went to get the cortizone shot in my lower spine. AND IT HELPS, if it wasn't helping I would sure know it by now. They said it can take up to 24 hours to be fully working. So I know that it is. Now I want them to put it in my neck too. But for now, they will do it again next week, and then we will see how long it lasts. So today was a real down day, but even Pebbles was beat from her outings yesterday. And it is still hot, hot, hot hear too. The forcast is the same for sometime in the near future.
Now I will say bye bye, and will tell you all about the kitty when I see him. I always wanted a persian too, but this will do.
I love pets!
Wendy

All the persians I met at the shelter were loving cats... I am excited for you and hope the meeting goes well. Then when will you get your precious new furr baby? And have you thought of names yet? This is too fun when you get a new pet. Good luck with your meeting. Love Oma
May I be more compassionate and loving than yeterday*and be able to spot the idiots in advance
