Hi All,

Just got back from the Outer Banks where we had a wonderful time and great Turkey Day. Ate at a restaurant we go to each year and had what I could off of the buffet. First-class cooking but trying to get something without a liquor added to it or a cracker or bread topping was a bit difficult. Mashed potatoes, turkey, roasted veggies and Rockfish were my meal. The breads looked wonderful but not for me.

We have decided that next year we just might eat dinner in. I am thrilled. Also found a wonderful seafood market that made Crab Bisque, N.E. Clam Chowder, Shrimp Bisque and another soup all without flour to thicken. They were wonderful.

Glad to be back with my family here.

Love, Maggie
