Anyone hear from her in the last few days? Always nice to have an update.

Hi Luce,
I e-mailed Polly to see how things were going. She has graduated from crutches to a cane, and she's exercising the knee several times a day, following exercise suggestions by Kimberley, and she's icing it, and going to PT several times each week. Apparently, it's recovering just fine, but still has a way to go, of course.
She hopes to be able to get to the computer more often, to check in, in the not-too-distant future.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Just sent her a quick email in follow-up to some PT questions. I think she's doing well, but I don't think she'll mind my saying that she's a bit apprehensive about hearing noises with prescribed exercise & movement. I encouraged her that her experience is normal. Sounds like she's in good spirits and is on the mend!
