Hi All,
Just as I have always believed, new research shows that the percentage of dietary fat does not cause weight gain - it's total calories that count:

Eating Fat Does Not Make One Fat
It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
That is quite funny, since I am my rise, fish, meat, fruit, veggie diet I am not economical anymore with my fat intake, how much I use for cooking, baking my meat, stir frying my veggies as I did before. Just poor it in the pan. It is probably not only due to the fat but also to the more protein I eat now. In total I eat less than before!! I am less hungry, easier satisfied. Probably mostly because of the less carbohydrates I eat now than before. Of course,I only use the healthy fats.
