It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
So far, it's been a very relaxing day with my family. Ice fished this morning and it seems we have spent the rest of the day just lazing about, eating and watching football- go Vikings!
Wow, I'm 55 today and it's so hard to believe it's been 7 years since I found you potty people after my CC DX. What a pivotal part each and every one of you have played, and still are in my recovery.. thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I've not been posting much due to time restraints, however, I hope to contribute more in 2010- I've made it a resolution for the new year.
Thanks again for the birthday wishes.... you all are awesome.
I'm not that hardy really. It's not too tough to ice fish when I dress warm, walk out of the house and jump on a snowmachine for a 2 minute ride out to a fish house that is heated and has windows so I can read when the fish aren't biting.
Shirley, I think of you so often and fondly remember our visit to Florida, meeting you and Bill and our Easter dinner together. It was very special.
Boy, I often think of you too and I remember how shocked and dismayed Bill was when he found out I had given our address, phone #, directions, etc. to what he called a "perfect stranger" from the internet. I assured him that all was OK and he soon came to that conclusion himself once meeting you and Lannie. He was delighted to get to know you a little and was very impressed since you were an "outdoor lady" who hunted, etc. Good Memories!!
Love, Shirley
