Entocort Cost Increase

Post by Gloria »

I just ordered a refill of my Entocort prescription. The price used to be about $1200 for 180 pills (2 pills for 90 days) + a $40 copay. Now it is $1689 + a $50 copay.

Maybe that's why so many copayments have gone up.

I have found that the co-pays go up on a fairly regular basis. I've been paying $50 co-pay for about a year or so on brand name drugs. So has my Mom and we are on different plans. That is for a 90 day supply. I doubt it will get any better in the future.

Hi Gloria and Shirley, my copay last year was $40 and now it's $250. I just ordered a generic from Canada for $56. I'm expecting it in the mail this week. I'll let you know how it works. JoAnn
