Stool testing for parasites

Post by Carrie »

In the "Townsend Letter for Doctors & Patients" (Nov. 2004), Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum writes that most labs miss parasites when they do stool testing. He says it is important to have stools tested by a lab that specializes in parasitology and lists these two:
Parasitology Center (480) 777-1078
Great Smokies Diagnostic Laboratory (800) 522-4762
