Hi everyone, been MIA for awhile. My husband had a heart incidence on Christmas morning. All is well now though. He has atrial fiberation but this time he needed shocked to get out of it and this did not happen until December 26th. He sure was exhausted with his heart beating too fast ect for almost 2 days! Needless to say, Christmas wasn't very fun for us this last year. My life has been very busy with both restaurants ect. but my gluten/soy intolerance is very controlled now and I feel I have my life back from a health point of view. I just spent over an hour reading how everyone is doing and goodness alot has happened! Tex, just wanted to say I am glad that you are doing well and posting away again...whew!
Hugs to everyone and welcome to all the newbies!

Kathy,

Glad you are doing well with your MC. Sorry to hear that your hubby has had some problems. Hopefully you are both on the mend.

Hi Kathy,

It's good to see an update. I'm sorry that your Christmas had such a rude interruption, but it's good to hear that things are going so well, otherwise, and I hope that everything continues to go your way.

I appreciate the kind words, and thanks for the update.
