I am going to try this ONE MORE TIME

Post by annie oakley »

Our power keeps going off for just a second every so often....we have had storms today and some lingering problems...that's west Texas. ANyway...wnated to say goodnight to you all. I am going to make some green tea as my Hernia is bothering me. I was outside but the bugs seem to truly love me this evening. SO Here I am inside again. but I have all the doors and windows open. It's 83 degrees but there's a breeze. Fresh air Ahh! it's sort of warm but tolerable....it will make me appreciate the A/C tonight. Love To al, rest well. Love Oma

Hi Oma,

I hope the tea does the trick, and you can get a good night's rest.

We had some pretty serious electrical storms here too, today. The power blinked off, a time or two, but never stayed off. We had a pretty good rain, but I haven't checked the gauge yet. All of a sudden it's gettin' pretty wet for July. All the grass is turning green again.

Love,
Tex

Well Tex...I think the weather is just plum weird lately. Where in Central Texas are you? I saw some clouds today when I was taking out the trash at work that reminded me of Tornado clouds or the beginning of anyway. We didn't get enough rain to even go look at the gauge...sometimes out here it's like there's a deviding line that says the rain must travel down that road and not this one....wierd. Love Oma

I've been to Coleman before, and I've been to Sweetwater, Abiline, and Angelo. I once bought a pneumatic trailer in Abilene, back when we used to deliver a lot of bulk, food grade corn. I used to make a few deliveries of deer corn to Brownwood, but I haven't done that in a year or so--diesel's too high to be going that far, these days. I've never been off the main roads out in that part of the country, though.

Love,
Tex
