I don't what's going on with some people having to include "quotes" in their replies.

You should be able to just click on the "Locked" button on the Right to post a reply. The one on the left is for a new thread.

Is the "Subject" line throwing you off?? If you are replying you can just leave it blank

This probably won't help but I don't know what else to tell you.

You can post any general questions here and someone will be sure to come along and help you out. There is no seperation between those on diet or those on meds on this board. There are also "Infomation on Diet" and "Recipe and Cooking Tips" forums.
