Interesting radio interview

I found a link to this radio interview. The Dr is from New Zealand, a GI that specializes in CD and GI. Dr Rodney Ford. Some of his ideas are interesting. Dr. Ford has written alot about gluten sensitivity. I have read a few of his books and agree with much of what he says, although not all. His theory is that gluten affects the brain FIRST, not the GI tract, and then it sends faulty signals to the GI tract. I had neuro probloms for 18 months before I had GI problems, so maybe he is on to something. He, like Dr. Fine, is regarded as a quack by the medical community.

Thanks for posting that. I did find myself agreeing with much of the interview. Such a pity he is considered "a quack".

I am reminded of my favorite short story by Rudyard Kipling called "the White Seal". The seal discovered a safe place for the herd of seals, but none believed him for many years. Eventually he rescued them by taking them to that safe place and they all believed.
