very exciting that they are not using soy flour as the main ingredient of the mixes.........

No Soy but it does contain Tapioca. They both have about the same results for me. Not good.

OHHHH! well.

Just so thankfull that I realized it some time ago and have lots of other things I can eat.

I miss the smell and taste of freshly made bread but don't miss the D. :-)

well.... to all the doctors out there that scoff at effectiveness of GF diet

would a major company develop and market these products if there wasnt demand..... I DONT THINK SO
