started around 7am this morning. woke up with really bad pain. took rolaid powder(had to take my son to school) then went brought some gas-x took one felt a little relief. then stomach got really bad and now ive been to the bathroom 2 in an hour.
i hope this isnt my m.c flaring up on me. I just dont know what else i can take now.
any thoughts out there?

Well, of course, it could be some sort of stomach virus, but it's difficult to say, since the symptoms are so similar. Time will tell. If it's still going on after a few days or so, it certainly might be an MC flare. I hope it's just a virus.

Here are some "home remedies" for nausea:
Antihistamines, (the same kind usually used for allergies),are pretty good anti-nausea medications, and a few are sold strictly for that purpose. Two other classes of anti-nausea medicines are also available.
Ginger, or gingerroot, (at least 1,000 milligrams or 1 gram), is a pretty good anti-nausea treatment. Vitamin B6, (10 milligrams), also helps, sometimes.
Slow breathing sometimes helps - breath in through the nose, and out through the mouth. Repeat.
1 to 2 tbsp of any non-carbonated syrup may bring relief .
Peppermint or chamomile tea is capable of getting rid of the nauseating feeling.
