Hi Tessa!
I am wondering how you are doing. How is the diet coming along? Are you feeling any better yet? Have you been able to register to purchase gluten-free products? I sure am nosy, huh? LOL!
Love,
Polly

Tessa,
I am nosy too!! I think about you every time I log on to this board. You know, when I started my diet I needed to communicate with this group about it and my life ALL the time. I hope the reason we don't see you much is that you are doing well and that you have a supportive family and friend network that help you day to day.
You always have a supportive family and friend network right here at your fingertips - day and night.
Love,
Karen

Hi... mis queridas amigas
You are so nice caring for me... I feel granted to have such a great family here.
I am so happy to be here again with you...
I missed you all.
Here is an update...
The celiac association was going on holiday in August and therefore, we had to run in order to become a member before the end of July... But we did it on time and I got the LIST of GF food by post! When we received the book we went from one supermarket to another in town and out of town. It is a pitty you haven´t been able to see us shopping with the book in my hand checking all the stuff, every single product... And asking everyone for this and that... (It was even fun). I bet more than one wondered what we were doing reading a book of products... We could have been sanitary inspectors...
Even though it sounds funny, you know it is not so easy...More than one time I have been missing my... say previous menu... As we have been eating out with some relatives and I started feeling as... a stranger... Everyone staring at me... "What would you eat? What can you eat?"... Unable to eat what the waiter offered... I had to eat a grilled steak with salad (but it was not even salad)... So only the meat...
At home, it is also not very easy... Meat, fish, eggs or vegetables??? That is my every day question... Ok. I am starting to feel
And then the bad news... As I stopped taking all drugs for the MC (Ok. That was not a good idea)... Yesterday, it all went worse... Headache, nauseas, , abdominal pain, etc. I had nearly forgotten what it was feeling that way ... At the end, I had to go to bed at 9 pm... This morning I was still feeling not very well but after a few pills...I am feeling better now... And I have started the treatment for MC again... So I hope to go on feeling well.
You are never nosy, Polly and Karen. You really care for me and are welcome...Thank you for being so sweet and nice with me. I really appreciate your good feelings. It reaches my heart.
ooh, It is nearly time to eat again... Fish, meat or eggs?:banghead: Oops... I think I´ll have to write a weekly menu , don´t you think so?
Love,
Tessa
