Don't know if you have visited Celiacchicks.com. They have members who blog about their gluten-free travels in Europe and post a list of gluten-free restaurants. I recently travelled through Schipol Airport in Amsterdam. If you change planes or lay over there, there is a great selection of gluten free dry food and treats you can purchase in a minisupermarket. Although I, too, flew business class from US on Delta, was not blown away by "gluten-free" meals. Next time I'll bring my dry foods and supplement with items off the menu. Hope you have a wonderful D free trip. Sheila

Gabes Nestle is well, and says she wishes you the best on your trip.

Can we get that verbatim, Joe? I'm sure Nestle is an amazing girl, but whether she is as vocal or poetic, or possibly as (arguably) beautiful as a boxer (what dog is?), remains to be seen....I want to know just how she expressed these wishes for Gabe's trip....

Nestle definitely has here ways of communicating. Even without words there are very few things that she cannot say... :chatdog:

Well, I work with Goldens all the time, being the #1 choice of filmmakers, and they do have their charms, but IMO are nowhere as beautiful as boxer girls, and I don't mean to be insulting to Nestle here, as she is truly a beautiful girl.

The boxer underbite is hard to resist from a sensual standpoint alone. Not to insult Nestle, she is attractive and wholesome if that's what you want, but lacks the raw sensuality and edginess of a boxer girl. Apples and oranges, I guess......whatever floats your boat....

Haven't posted a picture on here before, and fully realize that this is a passionate subject and have no idea how to actually post a picture of our Mickaela here so in the words of Dr. Seuss, "could this go on all day and night, I think it could and it just might."

Most of our pics of her are somewhere on this computer that I don't know how to access, Joe, but she was one "hot dog" and I don't want to start a competition here. She is now on her second life, living on a chicken ranch, and able to eat chicken 24/7 now, and probably doesn't want the media attention that this competition would incite that may possibly interfere with her eating schedule.

Connie's husband weighing in here:

I am completely flummoxed that a debate on this subject would even be entertained. I couldn't resist the need to express the obvious, which my wife and Gabes have so subtly hinted at in a loving, but perhaps misguided attempt to spare your feelings. Now, I don't know you, Joe but I can only assume you are sadly, sight impaired, and thus will attempt a similar, yet more firm gentleness in my straightening out of your rather confused mind.

Your girl must be wonderful to have blinded you so. Goldens can seduce with their playful twinkly-eyed charms. I mean no insult to your no doubt, lovely girl, but frankly, comparing any other breed to boxers is like comparing Peter Lorre to Grace Kelly.

The undeniable truth holds that the epitome of feminine beauty and grace is embodied in the form of the incomparable boxer with their luscious lips, the passion-inspired moisture dripping from those ripe, beckoning jowls, voluptuous chest and lustful longing eyes drawing you near with wanton looks and promises of passion and lasting, wet kisses. Oh stop me...

Olivia

I have been pretty lucky and been to a few awesome places

Live volcano in Rabaul Papua New Guinea
Singapore (3 times)
and highlights of my europe trip last year.... paragliding in the austrian alps, exploring prague with a bus load of 19 -22 year olds who thought i was only 27!!! then wandering around venice on my own ....

i am not sure how much i will see as i may only get 1 or 2 days of not working across the duration of the trip but to be able to say i set foot in france is pretty cool. I have got some MC friendly pants (accomodates bloating and covers up nappies) so bring it on baby!!!

- I have done stints on an exploraton vessel in PNG - tour of duties were 3 weeks on a dry ship. one of only three females on board, the other two were PNG employees my days were handling sulphur intense rock and mud samples it took me weeks to get the sulphur smell out of my clothes!
- had my bag stolen in Fiji
