Hi Annie

If you still have problems after a few days you might also need to be careful about "beans" and "peas" since they are "legumes" (like Soy). Well cooked vegetables like carrot and broccoli might be safer - that is my personal experience, but we are all different

Annie,

I literally lived on a smoothie that I made of banana, almond butter and green juice for weeks before the medication I used, L-Glutamine, began to work. This was about 7 wks after I was diagnosed with MC and about 2-3 weeks after I started the Glutamine.
Resolved MC symptoms successfully w/L-Glutamine, Probiotics and Vitamins, GF since 8/'09. DX w/MC 10/'09.
